COOKING WITH VINEYARD HERBS

Learn cooking with herbs from the Böcking vineyards.  The herb varieties from our ancient Ungsberg vineyard are unending!  Together with our partner Maiga Werner from Naturkräutergarten in nearby Frohnhofen, over 25 varieties have been discovered, with an additional 15 varieties in  Maiga’s gardens.  What could be more delightful than gathering herbs in the Ungsberg, followed by the preparation of a lovely dinner made by your own hands?  (Accompanied, of course, by wine from the Unsberg!)

 

We will organize these day trips for you, beginning with our greeting Toast with Böcking Sekt, a walk to the Ungsberg, then a 15-minute auto trip to Maiga’s place.  Not only will you learn to identify the different herbs in the Ungsberg, but how to use them in cooking as well.  Like other events, this experience is perfect for celebrating a business retreat, birthday and anniversary celebrations, and many more.

 

These visits are available by special arrangements June-September.
